Kathleen has led marketing and product organizations in early stage startups as well as enterprise software companies. She is a Cisco Business Transformation Analyst, and has training from IDEO in Design Thinking. Projects have included: global GTM development, marketing strategy and team leadership, eCommerce system planning, GAP Analysis, partner program development, and M&A Discovery. Kathleen has global marketing, product management, and business development experience and is uniquely qualified to motivate and manage cross-functional and remote teams to exceed expectations.

Ted BARBER

Co-founder of Product Solution Lab

Ted has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University. He has patents in medical device design, technology, and outdoor products. The focus of his career has been the interface between the product and the human body. He has worked for startups to Fortune 500 companies globally. He has solved technical problems, designed and developed products for Jacob’s Engineering, Shimano, Medtronic, BMW, Nestle, Boston Scientific, Sequana, Lufthansa, Roche, and Apple Computer. He holds patents in healthcare devices, computer hardware, consumer products and outdoor equipment.
